Data Deletion Instructions
Follow the steps below to remove Social Analytics Hub's access to your Facebook data and request deletion of any information we store on your behalf.
1. Disconnect from Social Analytics Hub
- Log in to your Social Analytics Hub account.
- Open your workspace settings and remove the Facebook Page integration you wish to disconnect.
- Confirm the removal to revoke our access tokens and stop any further data syncing.
2. Revoke Permissions in Facebook
- Visit Facebook Business Integrations.
- Select Social Analytics Hub and choose Remove to revoke any remaining permissions.
- Optionally, delete any activity or posts created on your behalf (we do not publish content unless explicitly authorized).
3. Request Data Deletion
After completing the steps above, submit a deletion request so we can remove any stored analytics snapshots, reports, or billing records associated with your account.
- Email privacy@socialanalyticshub.com using the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address tied to your Social Analytics Hub account and the Facebook Page name(s) you want deleted.
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
4. Confirmation
Once we remove your data, we will send a confirmation email. If you later reconnect your Facebook Page, we will synchronize fresh insights as a new data set.
